Check-out is 11:00

Late check-outs are not permitted unless prearranged. 


Pets and Children

Unfortunately pets are not allowed…there are two loving dogs in the backyard, Max & Teddy, if you need to get your pet fix during your stay.

Children are welcome but be aware that the house and rooms are not really "child friendly".  Breakable vintage and antiques are in rooms. Wood stairs leading to rooms are open.  Guests will be responsible for damage.


Smoking is not permitted inside the Inn or on the premises.


Your credit card or paypal account will be charged the full amount of your stay when making reservations.  No minimum night stay is required unless you are reserving the entire floor, which is a two night minimum.

Rates do not include sales and lodging taxes. These taxes will be added to the final cost of the room.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy: Cancellations made prior to 5 days will receive a 60% refund of the total stay. Cancellations made 2-5 days prior to reservations will receive a 40% refund of the total stay. No refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival.

Additional Guests

Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight in the rooms.  Room rates are based on the maximum room capacity.  If you feel that you can accommodate one or two additional guests in your room (such as small children), each additional guest must be registered at time of the reservation.  There will be an additional room charge of $10 per guest, per night, payment is due at time of reservation.

Environmentally Aware Property

We are an environmentally aware property.  Rooms are serviced at your request only.  Towel bars are provided to encourage multiple uses.  Extra blankets, pillows and fun items are located in the dresser for your convenience.

Quiet Times

Quiet time begins at 11:00 pm. Olde Magnolia House Inn is over 100 years old.  Due to the age of the home, sounds carry throughout the house.  Please be respectful of other guests by keeping the noise level of your TV or music at a minimum.  The manager reserves the right to ask you to turn down or off loud music or noise that are disturbing other guests.

Alarm Clocks

We provide alarm clocks, which are also sound machines, in each room.


We ask that guests do not rearrange or move any furniture or decorative items in the rooms.
