About Us

Nancy Crocker is the proud owner of the Olde Magnolia House Inn and 4th Sister Vintage store. She bought the over 100 year old home back in early spring of 2013 and has been busy redecorating the upstairs bedrooms to match her "Make something old, something new" philosophy. Whether you are coming to browse her artwork, extensive collection of vintage and repurposed items in the store or spending the night in one of three themed guest rooms upstairs, she always has a big smile, a warm hello and a story to share for everyone. Nancy knows no strangers.

Nancy had the help of her sisters, daughter and niece, who spent months cleaning and de-cluttering the house after she purchased it. They brought the history laden home into the technological age but still maintained its original charm. One guest said "It's like being in my room and my grandmother's room at the same time".

There are three separate bedrooms upstairs for overnight guests, each with their own private, locked entrance and bath. There is a common area where guests can gather to play a board game, read a book or just relax. Each room is named after an artist that was living during the era the house was built. Cable Smart TV's, pod coffeemakers, lots of extra blankets and pillows make each room comfy yet modern.

4th Sister Vintage store on the main floor is Nancy's true passion. She named the store in honor of being the 4th sister....the youngest, who for the most part received hand-me-downs from her three older sisters. She began up-cycling at an early age with some of her sisters Christmas present boxes and the desire continued to grow over the years. She becomes obsessed with certain items and styles; outdoor tables and chairs, movie themes, magazine racks, and chairs. Once she finds the perfect item, she brings it back in her big red truck (Cliff), and begins the refurbishing process in her newly built garage in the back. It is already overflowing with found objects which she is willing to custom design just for you!
